Since MGM acquired  and subsequently own the Horizon, dealers effectively have half of the choices that we once had for our employer. It is a virtual monopoly. Las Vegas citizens have fewer choices in their employment, hence less competition for their services. Unionization is one of the only ways to level the playing field between corporate greed and the average citizen trying to keep themselves and their families healthy, secure, and within this community.
