When do these unilateral changes stop? Everyday  in our pre-shift meetings it seems that there are new changes and new rules. Although lately it seems that management as well as the floor supervisors have been exceptionally nice. It makes you wonder what's next?     We need representation, we need a Collective Bargaining Voice now!
