National Labor Relations Act

     We cannot wait for our lawmakers to do something.  They cannot be much more help than they were seventy-two years ago when they passed the National Labor Relations Act.  It has been there all the while, and we have not yet decided to attempt to exercise the rights that it provides...until now.

Exercise your rights.

     Know what your employer can and cannot do during the course of this process.  Red flags should raise anytime that anybody who may be considered anti-Union asks you about topics unrelated to your job, especially including anything in the area of politics and specifically Unions.
