The term "retiree" can refer to both ends of the
spectrum as it relates to time spent with MandalayBay. Most of us view
this term as somebody who has worked for the company for many years and
is on the brink of retirement. Many are within a couple years of
retirement, and just want to protect what they've got. If we don't all
stand up, younger dealers will not be in the same situation in which you
find yourselves. Help those coming up behind you to be provided with a

At the other end of the spectrum, the term
"retiree" sees you as a "Lump." You may not realize it, but this Union
drive affects you the most. None of us who have been here for years
originally planned on it. Ask around. It just happened. Things used

- they do not seem like much on each paycheck, but it adds that up over
