The term "retiree" can refer to both ends of the
spectrum as it relates to time spent with MandalayBay. Most of us view
this term as somebody who has worked for the company for many years and
is on the brink of retirement. Many are within a couple years of
retirement, and just want to protect what they've got. If we don't all
stand up, younger dealers will not be in the same situation in which you
