We may seem to notice that
the floor supervisors and even higher management has become lot friendlier than
before, but watch out that is only in attempts to befriend you so that you may
give them what they are looking for to only take it to upper management. See you
have to remember these are people who
earn the big bonuses and are pressured into doing this. As a matter of fact,
we may even see
more big bonus earners in and around the pit. They'll act happy to see
us. Again, nice personalities keep our
workplace from being too gloomy, but they don't pay our bills. And
