All major employers in this state
will not like to see us succeed in a union drive. So you can
expect heat to come down on us in attempt to stop us from succeeding in
our goal. They will try to take away the very resources we've
earned and turn it against us. Fear is their only tactic
and we cannot let them succeed! We must unite and stand together.
All that we need to do is complete our authorization cards and vote yes, and
they will have to negotiate a Collective Bargaining Agreement with us. Those who want to do more, we need
for
you to get involved with our organizing drive.
What we need to know and understand is that upper management will never
want us to have any type of representation because that just might end
up cutting into their big bonuses and they are so use to having
everything done their way, so sure while it is benefiting them why
negotiate and change.
