Martin (Marty) Levitt , the person in these videos, is a former union buster. He was also an alcoholic. As part of his 12-step program, one of his ways to make amends was to write a book chronicling his time as a union buster and the tricks that he used to coerce workers into voting against their best interest. It is a very interesting read, especially for those involved in a Union-organizing campaign, but perhaps too much of a burden on the time of those of us who have little. Marty Levitt redeemed himself with his exposure of his former profession before passing away.
